WHAT TO DO IF IT IS RAINING ON THE DAY OF MY EVENT?

If it is raining outside we will still go out. If you do not arrive at your scheduled time you will be unable to reschedule.

Grand Trolley reserves the right to cancel at our discretion if the weather is unsuitable. You will be contacted by phone and email using the information you provided during your booking to reschedule your event for a future date.

WHERE CAN I GET ON THE TROLLEY?

The Grand Trolley sits on the corner of East Lafayette Avenue & St. Antoine Street Detroit, MI 48226. Our trolley is vintage & beautiful you will surely spot the location. If you have a wedding Grand Trolley will pickup at your venue.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

All bookings are non-refundable. However, you are allowed to cancel or reschedule within 5 calendar days of your event date. You are able to choose an available date and reschedule one time within the current season. ALL RESCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE CUSTOMER ON THE BOOKING WEBSITE. ***Any bookings made within 5 calendar days or less of your event date cannot be rescheduled.***

WHAT CAN I BRING ON THE TROLLEY?

Grab your favorite beverage and bring aboard with you. If you have booked a private charter you are allowed to bring both food and beverages. No illegal substances my be brought on the trolley. 

CAN I RESERVE YOUR SERVICE FOR OUT OF TOWN TRIPS?

At this time Grand Trolley is only able to service Michigan.
